The Governance

The Founders will govern Poopooville until the handover of the project to The Poos. Each Resident Poo owns a seat in The Town Hall. There's a maximum of 3,333 seats. Only Resident Poos can participate in governance.

Voting power will be determined by the amount of governance tokens own by each Poo. The Town Hall will display the voting power of each Poo. Poos can submit proposals and vote on other Residents proposals inside The Town Hall.

Governance Topics:

Topics of governance are divided into 4 categories, covering most of the aspects of the project

Daily Stuff

Community sentiment, project that should appear on The Throne,

Example: Vote on collections to appear on The Throne selected collections are added to the queue

Mechanics

Any proposal that includes changes to the existing mechanics of the project, such as Poopoints distribution, time duration for votes, allocation to the Shit Shack and so on

Example: Time allowance for Residents to vote on collection sitting on The Throne

Funds Allocation

Any Proposale that includes making use of the project funds, buying back Poos from the market, paying for implementing new features, marketing expenses, blabla

Example : Buy a mini cooper for The Super Draw

Project and Direction

Any ideas including new features, new buildings or any topic regarding to the direction of the project.

Example : Add a new building to The Island, hosting the Shit Fest

Governance Token

A governance token will be airdropped approaching the handover.
